National Moth Night - Moth Trapping Event

Join us for moth trapping as part of the annual National Moth Night 2017 events.

This event will run from 6pm-9pm

Please meet proptly in the Car Park (OX28QQ) as we will set off into the woods at 6pm

This event does not require a permit, and is suitible for ages 8+

Please bare in mind that there is a low chance of being stung by nettles or insects and that the light traps will be scattered around with visitors needing to walk between each one during the session.

Light rain won't stop the event; but very wet and windy will. We will keep you updated on the event and if it is taking place via email.

What to bring:

Knee pads or cushion to kneel on and a large black bin bag liner to keep you dry when on the ground.

Torch, wam clothes and hat, snacks, ID book (marked with name just in case) and cameras welcome.
